DMP - Barclaycard won't accept payment??

I have been sorting out my own DMP plan now for the last 6 months. All of my creditors have now accepted my reduced payment offer with the exception fo Barclayard. They have defaulted my account and have passed the debt onto MERCERs debt collection. Mercers are refusing to accept my payment offer as it I am offering less that 1% of the balance. They say that the only way they will accept this payment is if its from a third party. They are suggesting that I get the CCCS to make the payment for me and then they will accept it. I originally contacted the CCCS and they provided me with an information pack and all the templates to send to my creditors, however all of the payments to my other creditors are coming direct from me and not through the CCCS.

I have just finished speaking to Mercers and they said I need to get it sorted within the next 2 weeks otherwise it will be going to debt recovery????

Anyone experienced anything similar and have any advice on what to do next?

Barclaycard are one of my creditors and I had a similar experience. They refused to accept my offers when I was trying to deal with everything myself and I offered them £51 which was more than 1%. Mercers then got involved and they were awful to speak with.
I eventually went with Payplan, Barclaycard called me asking for payment, I told them Payplan were dealing with it, and they immediately said ok - we accept a payment of £42 (1%). Now this was annoying as I had offered more than this but they did not want to deal with me directly. No idea why. Now though I am thinking of dealing with my creditors directly now payments are accepted (only thinking) and Barclaycard said they would be happy to deal with me.
