thanks atwitsend, i just wanted to share some of my ideas and as ive been pretty poorly lately i felt pretty proud with myself for getting it all done. liek i said in teh forst post, ive been stuck in bed most days but my mate turning up out of the blue and making me get up/ dressed/ get stuff done/ walk my pup etc. really did me soem good as not only did i feel a bit better being up and doing im also not beating myself up anymore about having it all undone!
