Problems tracking down Microsoft xbox memory units = hen's teeth.

I'm looking for a 512mb memory unit to fulfill a specific request. It has to be a genuine Microsoft one due to the issues surrounding third party versions and the possibility of them being rendered useless by Microsoft in the near future.
They seem to be hard to come by these days, has anyone seen any actually in stock anywhere?

I spotted one for sale on Amazon uk site,but it was nearly £50, depends if you want to pay that, as they are only £30 at game, but they are out of stock0
