I desperately need a recipe for some gluten free crackers to serve with cheese.

Any ideas anyone?

My gf doesn't "do" gluten, so she tends to eat oatcakes with cheese...Might be food for thought :)

Some coeliacs can tolerate oats, its down to the individual, they are not a 'banned substance'

100 grms. almond flour or flax seed or a mixture of both ( i sometimes use pumpkin seeds as well
    1 egg white

mix together, its really really sticky so just push onto a lined baking tray and cook for approx 15mins at 180. i tend to score them then cut them when almost cooked then put them in for a few more minutes

  • I get cheese crackers from the "free from" range in Tesco and they are really nice. They are only small but they are gluten and wheat free:D
