Endowments..sell or let it run it's term.?

Hello folks, anyone up to date with endowments.?
I've two endowments due to end within two years,( luckily no longer needed to pay my mortgage - swapped to repayment).
My question is whether they're worth keeping or whether cashing them in now would give me substantially less cash.?
I could do with the cash but don't want to sell them if there are major benefits to leaving them til full term.. i.e. do they earn a 'bonus' if left to run.?
My bank manager 'unofficially' advised me to get rid.. but obviously he works for the bank so ..?
Any thought most welcome

And almost certainly isnt authorised to give such advice. (unregulated individuals are not and tied agents are not).
He may be right but unless an analysis of the endowments takes place, its impossible to say. You would need to give some details for that to happen though.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
