in Debt-free wannabe
Bit of a dilemma. It's a long way from payday and I've spent most of this months money already. But... I've been given 2 tickets to see Foo Fighters in Hyde Park by a relative. I was going with a friend, who was going to drive in return for her ticket. BUT, she's sick and can't go now. None of my friends want to go as they have shocking taste in music and would hate it :rolleyes: If I go, I'm a) going alone (too late to sell ticket on) and b) paying for it when I shouldn't spend anymore this month. Dunno. Should I go? I really really want to, but there's a big shiny BUT swirling round my head...

    I thought about that charlotte. Feel a bit dirty-!!!!!!-peddler about it though, as I got the tickets for free. Plus, I wouldn't want to get taken down by touts for being on their turf :rotfl: It's an option tho

    How about putting a really short auction on ebay and arrange to exchange cash and ticket at the venue?

    Go, it will be fabulous and you may never get the opportunity again. £25 to see the Foo Fighters is a bargain! And you probably will be able to sell the ticket when you get there.

    I thought about that, but there are unsold tickets on ebay now and I don't have a sellers account or paypal (I might be wrong, but I think you need to use paypal to sell?)
