i'm sorry

Before I type anything else can I just say I am sorry. Sorry for the drivel that is about to come out of my finger tips.....

I am so so fed up. I started to feel down yesterday and today I feel horrendous.

It isn't any one thing - it just seems to be loads of little things - it feels like it's everything (but my logical head tells me it is not everything)

I feel so down I could sob sat at my desk.

I want to just walk out the door and do a Forrest Gump and keep walking.
I keep scaring myself by thinking I just want everything to end, but I know I am not strong enough for that and then I feel rubbish that I am that week I can't even decide my own future.

OH says I should just get a grip and I am nuts and should stop moaning, but I can't help it. I feel like I am really tipping over the edge.

But the thing is there is no one thing that I think 'if that was different, I'd be happy'.

I am really sorry for all this ramble, but I feel like I really need a hug and to told everything will be ok (something I will never get from OH)

I'm sorry

I cant believe your OH told you that you're nuts & to get a grip!!

Some people are very lucky in that they never experience the feelings that you are feeling - whether that be years of depression, or just very low days here and there!!

Could you take a little break & sit down with a cup of tea for 5 minutes, or go and sit in the loo for some peace?!!

I know what you mean when you feel like everything is getting on top of you, when you cant really explain what is wrong, but you cant pinpoint it either.

I hope you feel a bit better soon - things will get better. Big hugs xx

Hey louise, it is better vent these feelings here rather than going on a credit card splurge to make your self feel better! Go on drivel away, we're good listeners (IYKWIM)

  • Sorry to hear you're feeling down xx We all have low points, and maybe you've got much more on your plate then should be - have you taken on extra at work or cut back on something completely to save money leaving you feeling low?

Things do get better (cliche I know) but I'll send you a virtual hug in the meantime as long as you remember to hold one in reserve for me when needed!

    ((((((((((((((((((((((((((hugs)))))))))))))))

    lots of love

Do you know, I had the exact same thing yesterday.

I did have a bit of crap news form the gp (they hadnt got my results, which of course is better than them having my results and them being terrible)

Then I went to buy tix for an event, and I ws gutted cos they sold out

then I went to get some chicken out of the freezer & its smelt funny so I binned it and then the tears came and they just wouldnt stop.

My advice, is let it all out. Go to the loo and have a good bawl, and if you can get sent home.

Its not on that OHs say pull yourself together. save this in your arsenal for the next time hes in a low mood, I would. But Im mean like that. Or you could tell him, you are having a night off, dig out some candles and have a nice relaxing bath, or grab a chickflick or something to have a laugh at later. Might help?

Ive been out for a shopping splurge ( DFW style) in poundland! it cheered me up. ( spent £2 lol ) And I am going to do some flapjacks in a bit once Ive caught up with my correspondence ( ie posted here idly for half an hour)

Is it anything specific thats happened or it is just a cuimination of little things that have done your Head in.
 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
    This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast

    Hey hun,

We al have time when we feel a little down. I know I've been though ther mill my self. But I came out smiling. Everyday i try and just give thanks for all the things i have. My health, my lovely kids, my job, the fact that I've even woken up. I may be in debt, but it could be a lot worse.

We are all here for you. don't be too hard on yourself, things will work themselves out.

With much love & a big big hug
