i would have thought it obvious i was laughing at you, but to a retard i guess that would be hard to grasp.

You’ve gone to far … that’s enough of your insults. I might need a lung transplant but I’ve still got my self respect, how dare you call me a retard.
At least there’s some hope for me to get a transplant, unfortunately I cant say the same for your bad manners and your lack of ability to engage in a courteous, sensible discussion without insulting or offending people.0 -

"Stupid" "People have the right to be stupid. You just abuse that privilege though."
Don't give it if you can't take it. Have a nice day!

We are not passing judgement. We are assisting someone with an employment problem. How can you disagree with the proposition that it is important to hear the employers' side of the argument before passing judgement?
You have far too simplistic a view. Of course they don't embark on it willy nilly. It is usually a way of moving an individual out without going through proper channels for 1 of 2 reasonsWhat can POSSIBLY be an employer's motivation for starting a procedure like this, unless they believe they have a good case? Do you think employers relish being tied up in meetings, industrial tribunals, meetings with unions and lawyers, just for the sheer hell of it?
Employers do not embark on this type of thing willynilly. It is patently against their interests to do so, and the repercussions for employers getting it wrong are severe.
Ergo - I'm prepared to bet heavily there is a story here that the OP is either not sharing or doesnt know about.- To avoid direct costs - companies will often spend £5000 of hidden costs to avoid £1000 of recorded costs
- A jumped up twerp reaches a level of power and is allowed to indulge their ego without proper control

Yes they do. Often.
Employers can often be bullies and stupid with it too. The problem is that they can often think that their employees are as stupid as they are......which sometimes isn't the case. I've seen many examples of where this has happened - an employer will suspend an employee when their ground is more than shakey.
Never underestimate the thickness of some people. Just becuase they work iin management, it doens't mean that they automatically have the first clue of what they can or can't do or say!"One day I realised that when you are lying in your grave, it's no good saying, "I was too shy, too frightened."
Because by then you've blown your chances. That's it."0
