Ok so-
We have discussed our options (as a couple and with CCCS) and decided that BR is our best option.
I think I understand our SOA's now, thanks for all your help on that.
I have booked our court date.
I have sorted out our new Co-op account.
I have nearly gathered all exact details of the debt owing etc.
And we have asked every question I can think of about the process etc and got some amazing help here
Now......
Where do I go to fill the forms in? I know you can do it online but am I able to start them and save them half way through?
Are there guidence notes to help?
Is there anything in our preparation that I have missed?
Okie dokie thats all for now
thanks all!

I am not sure about saving them as I did paper but take a look at the website to see of there are any guidance notes. Best of luck0 -
We also did paper, we went to the CAB and they basically filled one out and then i came home and did the other. The court were definately much happier that way and so were we.[STRIKE]Shazbo[/STRIKE]

Def agree re asking advice from the CAB re filling in forms, they know what to say and how to say it,
Good luck with it all xxxx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx0 -
Yes you can save them as you go along and it tells you what percentage you have completed. I did mine on paper though so I didn't have to rely on technology. Some time before my BR the insolvency site went down and some people couldn't submit their forms in time for their BR, plus some people ran out of printer ink, paper etc for printing so I just decided to do mine by hand.

Completing the bankruptcy petition and Statement of Affairs.
Online forms:- Forms to print and fill in:-- Debtors Bankruptcy Petition (form 6.27) - pdf version / MS Word version
- Statement of Affairs (Debtor's Petition) (form 6.28): pdf version / MS Word version
- Debtor's Bankruptcy Petition 6.27 Example (Thanks to NE Derbyshire CAB)
- Statement of Affairs (Debtor’s Petition) 6.28 Example (Thanks to NE Derbyshire CAB)
- Statement of Affairs (Debtors Petition) Guidance Notes: pdf version / MS Word version
If you do the Online forms thn make sure you save often. The system crashes every now and then losing workk. It will show you how much you have completed and you can do a bit at a time.BSCno.87The only stupid question is an unasked oneLoving life as a Kernow Hippy0 -
