Did yours work? I just got some stupid message when I tried to logon - have sent them a stroppy email saying they are just harvesting email addresses for no reward. My views are irrelevant - censorship is alive & well!0

i think the problem is on "mtv"/od2's side rather than loreal: it's a server error.
time will tell
AND thanks for sharing this!!!!!!0 -

it now seems to be working:
"Congratulations – You’re finished!
Your account has now been credited with 69p"0 -

you will need to have pop-ups allowed.
I haven't done it, but I think you just have to register and then you get a code to use at the MTV download shop.
Hope it works.Stop looking for answers....
The most you can hope for are clues.....:)0 -
just for people's info:
you get 69 credits which at the moment means 1 download or 69 music tracks streamed.
Also they're wma files not mp3 - so might not work with your ipod or other mp3 players - if that's what you're considering.
AND on top of that the licence may stop you recording the track to cd or indeed only allow to listen to it a limited number of time (although, of course, there are always ways around it)
You also have to install their software which takes over Windows Media Player (although it does seem to uninstall without any problems).
to see what tracks are available: http://sib1.od2.com/common/Framework.aspx?shid=01700073 or http://www.mtv.co.uk/downloads/ (for internet explorer only, it would seem)
the terms and conditions are here: http://sib1.od2.com/common/editorial/shop16/associd5/ie/live/editorial/terms.htm
"PIN codes will expire on 31/3/05." - so might be worth signing up now and using it later if you're half interested.
again - thanks to the original poster for sharing it0 -
