OR's....

Hi all,

It seems that every OR is different, which makes the whole BR process a bit unnerving for me as I like to plan everything and know exactly what is going to happen in a situation (control freak? maybe!).

So my question is this...

Anyone have any experience of OR's in South Wales? Are there any that are worse than others etc?

Yes I'm in South Wales, had my OR interview this morning, and whilst when I cracked a joke, I laughed alone (mortified) she was polite and concise, and just did her job really, if your honest it's no biggie, but it's not something i'd want to go through every day ya know? lol

cant be any worse than me......I turned up at the cunard building in liverpool for my FTF interview finally found the IS office where a lovely receptionist pointed me to a waiting area & said help myself to tea/coffee...

well...sat there a little while when a guy walked in dressed in jeans and a nike sweate...me trying to be helpful said "have you spoken to reception if your here to see the OR?"....to which he replied...I am the OR (oops....)

we both chuckled through the interview & i'd been done in under 30mins....at the end of the day you do get the odd jobsworth but most staff can be really helpful non judgemental & quite pleasant

I did, just after my Welsh cheesemaking firm went bust. During the interview, and trying to be friendly, I asked if she'd like to watch me put a strong blue vein in Caerphilly. Within 5 minutes, the police were at the door.
