No fees due, except for a valuation on the new property. - unless she is borrowing more money (over £5,000) in which case, she would be able to get a 'top up' deal that would maybe include a free valuation and a £250 cashback. With such a low amount, it would be wise to choose a deal that has no booking fee and maybe one that finishes at the same time as her existing deal.
Obviously it would not normally be worth borrowing the extra £5k + just to get the free valuation and cashback.I am a Mortgage Adviser
