Hi everyone-
As it says above, I took my pork belly joint out of the freezer this morning but it's been too cold in the house for it to fully defrost, is it ok to cook it anyway or am i better off leaving it until tomorrow?
Thanks

leave it till tomorrow.. i find pork really hard to cook though as it is.. always takes longer than it says.. frozen in the middle is asking for trouble..0

I would put in the fridge until tomorrow, better safe than sorry.0

No, it needs to be fully defrosted. It isn't going to come to any harm after a day in the fridge.0

I'm pretty sure you can still cook if slightly frozen, I know I do! Just put it in for longer on a lower heat initially.0
