banana and blueberry muffin recipe wanted

hi,

im looking for a banana and blueberry muffin recipie and was wondering if anyone had one. if not with both then one or the other or any other flavour would be fine as the whole family love muffins and want to try new flavours.

I use the basic blueberry muffin above and vary the ingredients. my kids love banana and date, cranberry and christmas pudding!!! Rasberries go really well with white chocolate chips or for a slightly healthier version try adding grated carrot and some oats.

mix 30g of all bran with 50g of weatgerm and cover with 120ml hot water to combine. Add to that whatever fruity goodness you like to the tune of about 150g then cover with 240ml milk.

In a separate bowl whisk an egg, 90g sweetner and 100ml of rapeseed oil together (low in sat fats)

Add contents of second bowl to first and add in 15og self raising flour and 1sp baking powder.

Separate out among cases - usually about 10 - then bake at 180 or until risen and brown on top!
