Sorry if this is a silly question but how do most people pay the £510 BR fee ? For me and my husband we will be paying that each but at the mo do not have £1 spare between us!
Any suggestions?
Do most people just try and save up?

Are you claiming any benefits? You could claim a court fee exemption but the OR fees still need to be paid for. You can also claim exemption on a low income but these are tight rules.
There are lots of threads about this, will have a search.0 -
As skylight says the £150 court fee can sometimes be exempted but the £360 OR fees will still be payable each.Bankrupt 07/10/2009

Stop paying any debts. Do you still have money left on credit cards or overdraft? Ebay or sell through a local paper/ card in shop anything that is not nailed doawn. One poster sold her sofa, microwave, bed etc. and then replaced them with things from Freecycle. Talk to CAB and see if they can find a charity willing to help.Try these people http://www.turntous.org.uk/
