Just a quickie...lost 2 ibs!! Yahoo!! Mind you just done a big shop at Tesco £66!!!!! Fortunately got home to vet cheque & betsfair money & alsmost evened it out. Never shop when hungry & when not had a great day/tired/in pain!! Got gin & wine so massively cack! Never mind - still much less than I would have got before I guess & will have a quiet weekend as on call earning extra dosh so trying not tobe too negative about it! Really seem to be struggling with grocery bills...being good about other spending but tesco seem to have a lure than never existed before!! Hugs all!

    Hellloooo!

I paid in my second envirofone cheque earlier so I am off the mark....... by £5.99!! It's better than nothing!! I've also set up a table with the date, description of the payment and amount so I can keep tabs and then when I reach £1,000 I can list how I did it (bear in mind that you might be waiting until 2008 for that).

Weebling wise I'm doing terribly. I was away with work on Monday and Tuesday so had to weigh myself in this morning. I've put on 4lbs! I put it on the chart and my line is going in totally the wrong direction. Not good....

  • Hello everyone,

Well done fishy - yahooo!!!!!!!! I'm really pleased for you - that's great. Keep off the alcohol though if you are feeling down - you know what gin does for us two!

Mol - I'm with you on the putting on weight - I put on another 1lb this week and am dead annoyed with my WW leader (she's so patronising) so am in a quandry about what to do now?

Did anyone get my SOS email the other day - I'm feeling a bit abandoned!?!?

  • Hello everyone,

I have made some decisions and goals this week. I need to get back on track and the way to do this is always to make lists for me.

    My decisions

    1. To go and buy some good scales this week out of WW money for the month. To start to weigh myself and give up the WW as its getting me down
    2. To make myself a funky weight loss booklet like the weekly one at WW but much prettier!
    3. To make full use of the free subscription to WW esource - use this as a food 'spending diary'. This is free for approx 3.5 months if you do it through quidco (costs £15 for 3 months + 2 weeks free trial/cashback £15)
    4. To start to batch cook again and freeze meals for lunches etc.

    My weight loss goals

    1. This may sound silly but I really want to get into my size 14/16 winter coat by December. I love this coat - my OH bought it for me when we were in Berlin (although it was in H&M so also in my local shops!)
    2. To lose 2/3 stone by Christmas. Yes I know this is ambitious but I need a big goal to work towards.
    3. For my engagement ring to be less tight and look nicer on my finger.
    4. To buy a really nice (cheap) outfit for various Christmas nights out

    Thanks for the graph Mol!
