hey mol that's quite impressive to me ...could i get an email of it..updated every week ..this might actually do the job ..a visual reminder when you feel like you aint doing good you can look at the chart and see how far you have actually came since starting ...(positive thinking here) and when youfeel like having one or maybe two dozen treats to many you can see if a) it show's up next week compared to the other weeks or b) how well you've actually done and how much good work you'll be undoing ...hey thanks0

hurooo girls!! Ta for the grid Mol must have taken you ages! May be an idea to email it as prob less problematic for you then posting it? Also slightly less public...(not that I mind but others might!). Diet wise food I've eaten has been OK (ish) but had major munchies attack at 11am. Feeling quie ill (sore hroad, chesty, fuzzy head) so plodding abit but trying to be good ish! Mind you G&T cocking it up..knew I wouldnt be able to resist if I had it in the house!! Once thats gone not getting any more!! DFW day hasnt been great either...had to sotck up on work food, parked in paying car park & then spent £15 in chemist (being poorly baad is expensive!)...ohh yes & dentst cost £43...forgot - had to have filling #2 & had to have 3 injections (1 in roof of mouth) so feeling v. sorry for myself but 2nd prog of silent witness tonight which I'm looking forward to...anyone watch it yesterday? Best one for ages, really well done! Eltan just do your best...working shifts is a mare for loosing weight as compleatly messes up body clock...would say dont overdo it but realise it would be fruitless! On a more amusing not had to buy some windease today...:o all that fruit & veg is playing havoc & I was getting fed up of having to rush to the loo for an huge fart!!! This cannot continue I realised as I made my excuses for the third time in an hour!!...thought that would make you chuccle!:rotfl: :rotfl:Nerd no 109 Long haulers supporters DFW #1! Heh heh, yeah, it's a bit scary when it's there for all to see isn't it!! PM me with your email addresses ladies and I'll make it into a weekly group email with line graph and tables! I'm not sure I can send attachments through PM unfortunately so it will have to be as an attachment to an email.Debt Free Nerd No. 89, LBM: April 2006, Debt at highest (Sept 05): £40,939.96

Hey everyone!
Fish - sorry to hear you are not very well - you have been really brave at the dentist! You deserve a gold star and some pennies from the tooth fairy! Finding it very funny that you are farty though!
Mol - thanks so much for the graph - I will PM you my email address. Thanks so much - v. embarrassed that I am by far the heaviest though - but glad I'm pink! You are really a treasure.
El - Hope the shifts go okay - have you managed to make up some meals from home and take them in? Must be a dieting nightmare!
Good luck to everyone

hey guys sorry i aint been here ...don't ya just love work..ss your gonna do great tomorrow ..no doubt about it and ff crisps and a gin you should not feel guilty about it ...if you had them 10 times a day every day then you could feel guilty ..but come on yo have to have treat or it wont work.....well i have been a good little girl scout and taken my food to work ..but unfortuantely ..like all good girl scouts i go prepared and return empty handed lol ...by the time you've done 14 hours hard mental, physical slog you could eat a scabby headed wean with plukes ....(scottish saying ..this area anyway)...any hoo i'm off for a shower and then bed i'm up at 6 am to start the process all over again ...oh the joys of life ....catch you all soon ...mol how you doing also ...0
