Well I'm back from WW armed with new book, points thingy (was a good dfw & resisted shiny points calculator!!) & got a cook book (mix & match meals) so now have 2 ww cookbooks (also have how to cook the ww way). Going to sort out a shopping list in a mo so will do big shop on way home tomorrow. Was also a good DFW & didnt buy chinese on way home but will hunt something out - have nothing (other than huge bar of galaxy for PMT moments!) in teh freezer, no milk, bread etc after clean out so am a tad stuffed on the food front! Weight...oh yes 14st 9 1/2 ibs...pretty much what I expected. Onwards & upwards. I have a vague recollection that I have been to this woman before & was undecided this eve on whether I'll keep going to that one...I have to go on Weds next week so it will be a diff group anyway so will compare & contrast! Just want wild about her style. She didnt introduce herself to us newbies which I think is a bit poor as its always so hard to even walk in!! Will see what next weeks is like. The woman I used to go to is lovely so will possibly try & find her again. Her groups are always huge (no pun intended!!) & for good reason! How the rest of you doing? When are you starting Mol? I am going to no the points county one & have 21 points for those following ww!! Will just have to do some excercise to increase points. How you all doing?Nerd no 109 Long haulers supporters DFW #1! Hey fish,
Well done on going to the class, you are doing really well. Onwards and upwards, eh?
I'm doing okay today!
THURSDAY
Brekkie: 2 weetabix and s/skim milk
Snack: 14 pistachios
Lunch: 2 1/2 L McC sausages, left over potato salad, creme fraiche with spring onion and chives. Shape strawberry yogurt and a banana
Snack: Punnet of Scottish raspberries (yum - think I am addicted!)
Not had my tea yet as been to see a friend's new flat (v. plush, trying v. hard not to be super jealous!) - I'm starving. Having what I was supposed to have last night - homemade pasta sauce with a tiny bit of cheese. Yum.
How are Mol and elantan getting on?

It was too hot and late to cook so I've had 2 cinnamon and raisin bagels with butter
I am doing the shopping challenge too (see sig) and decided that I should use butter in the fridge rather than go out and buy vastly overpriced flora light. Maybe the wrong decision, I dunno.
Then had some fat free yogurt and tinned peaches in juice (found lurking at the back of my cupboard - think I've had them since the dawn of time!). Yum!

Well i'm doing okay(ish
) today.
Last night I was still hungry - what is wrong with me? And I had that feeling you know where you want to chew...(maybe I'm a cow). So anyway, I had about 10 krisprolls (you know those Swedish toasts) and butter 'cos we had no flora light and I was too mean (shopping challenge!) to go out and buy any.
This morning I've had the rest of the krisprolls with butter (:o ), smoked salmon (in fridge from beach picnic last weekend) and a squeeze of lemon.
I've just had a Fruit Pastille ice lolly as I'm so hot. They are very low in points so that's okay.
So - the bad thing is really the butter. Just about to go and do the dishes and start tea - we always eat so late, it'll do us good to eat tea at a reasonable hour.
How is everyone else getting on?
