Hello girls & welcome Mol!! Just do it whatever way you want...Should we have a little group spreadsheet and have a slimmer of the month as a nice incentive? SS & I felt that we should have a wee incentive at a stone weight loss - how do others feel about this? I know that this will cost money but know from my personality that I need tohave a treat as SOOOOOO far to go? Alternatively we could even have a small group prize for slimmer of the month which would be nice but dont want to !!!! peoples budgets up!! Could be something tiny but tokenistic & I know from my scrapbooking that its lovely to get little surprises in the post? (some habits just die hard eh)...let me know what you think...just think it would be nice for us as this will be hard...interesting that we're almost the same height & (with the exception of skinny mol!!) the same weight!! Lovely as we all probably feel much the same! The only part of my body I like are wrists & feet - both thin - the rest I want to have tucked when I get debt free!! Looking forward to a tummy tuck & boob job (no way all that skin is going back on its own!!)...
HUGE HUMONGOUS hug SS....but at least you went, the woman was nice & the only way is up from here! I'm all ready for tomorrow & have my voucer at the ready! Will see if you can get the £2 recc a friend vouncher I have SS - not sure if it has tobe the same group but worth a try!!
In general DFW terms...did order my ring SS. Bit of a palava as when I designed it (ages ago) they quited 1000 & luckily I checked as its now 1700 for platinum so am having it in white gold instead. Its ordered & despite having teh money in my account felt physically sick putting 550 on my cc!! Even though I wont pay int as will pay off & will get lots of lovely cash back!! How times have changed! Payday tomorrow so will sort payments over weekend & sig will go down nicely! Also got bill from NTL & vodaphone who both paid over 30 due to !!!! ups which is great...must sort claim for Manus tooth & looking forward to getting back to routine of diary/food etc as loathe wasting on sandwiches etc now...

Love the idea of joint graphs done by somebody who is good at that kind of thing (Mol?) and a slimmer of the month!

My friend at work does a blogging thing called 'secret pal' and sh'es always getting exciting looking parcels. It doesn't have to be much but its so lovely to get stuff through the post I always think!

How will we work all this out? Okay - those in on the weeble challenge - vote on the following:-

*Stone incentive - for or against? If for, how much is our 'incentive budget'? Suggestions please...
*A weight loss groovy graph(if Mol is up for it) - maybe emailed to each other every week? For or against?
*'Slimmer of the month' award - for or against? Is this a good idea and if so who decides (should it be fish as its her diary we've hi-jacked?). How will this work - will we each send the slimmer of the month something cheap but lovely?

People need to be happy with a max cost & I recon £3 is reasonable/achievable so the other 3 people send a gift of up to £3 to the recipient?

Am aware with the above that we are trying to save money so dont want to !!!! up anyones DFW efforts so happy either way!! Big hugs, Am off to bed!

yup i second or third what ever i'm so useless at these things ..all above motions..when i loose a stone ..i will..mmm..mmm..i don't know what i will food for thought thanks ladies..and i'm deff up for the graph idea and the slimmer of the month i know £3 can be an awful lot ..but as i'm not going to any classes i'm effectively saving £20 a month ..i don't take money to work etc..so this is my treat on something i want to spend money on....now where is the choclate i don't start till friday lol...mmmm i can smell it from here ..

Right then ladies, I shall work on a groovy weight loss graph at the weekend. I'm sure I can find a way of posting it on here as well if need be! Would do it earlier but I have a job application to get in on Friday morning. I'm not the greatest expert at it but I'm sure I could knock something up!

Like the ideas of incentives, it will help to keep us all motivated!

A stone will see me fitting back into my largest pair of jeans. Which will be treat enough but perhaps I'll have a facial or maybe a professional fake tan which helps to make you look slimmer!!

Little prizes for slimmer of the month a wicked idea too. Am racking my brains to think of nice things now....

Hi all....am dancing round the sitting room!! Had a couple of hours at home this PM & as payday wanted to sort bills out and yabadabbado...look at that new sig!! Cannot believe that I've paid so much off in such a short time!! Truely fabby & really wouldnt have managed it without you lot. Off to WW soon...wish me luck! Will catch up later! Glad you all like the ideas re slimmer of month & our individual stone rewards...we're not saints after all (wouldnt be here would we eh!!) Fab re the graph Mol...I'll let you know start weight when Iget back later! Hope you've all had a good day - dfw & otherwise.
