Hi fish!
Well I went along today with all my good intentions and you'll never believe it...
...the class was cancelled! The leader was stuck on a train at Berwick - the train tracks had warped in the heat!
A bit disappointed. So - I think I will go to another WW class nearby tomorrow night. I was avoiding this one as its one I used to go to and its that thought of rejoining with people who will recognise you - but I really liked the woman so maybe it'll work out okay after all.
Brilliant news about the granny money fish - whoo hoo! Are you going to buy yourself a ring did I read somewhere? Tell me about it! Hope you are feeling better now - remember to take care of yourself and good luck on the weight loss so far!
Great to have you on board elantan! Good luck for Friday! PM heading your way!

Hello,
I just thought I'd update you all on my meals so far since Monday...(when I kind of started dieting)
MONDAY
Brekkie: 1/2 a melon
Lunch: White roll with cooked chicken, low fat mayo and cucumber slices. 2 oranges
Tea: Mushroom and parma ham risotto
TUESDAY
Brekkie: Nothing (oops...made up for it late on...)
Lunch: Leftovers - mushroom and parma ham risotto. Sliced banana and strawberry Shape yogurt
Tea: Tea No. 1 - Wee cod fishcake and some beans (leftovers from OH - was so hungry when I got in)
Tea No. 2 - Cinnamon and raisin bagel and flora (while waiting for meal to cook)
Tea No. 3 - (what I was supposed to have) 2 1/2 Linda McC veggie sausages and homemade potato salad with low fat creme fraiche, chives and spring onions. Then raspberries, fat free natural yogurt and a wee bit of squeezy honey
As you can see I've been a pig tonight but was so hungry after skipping brekkie and not coming in til 8pm. I've learnt my lesson there!
I'm not counting points yet but gearing up to it! I've also been drinking my 2 litres of water (from cooler and clever thing in fridge) and a couple of cups of tea (with s/skim milk) a day.
Tomorrows meals will (hopefully) be:-
Brekkie: Weetabix and s/skim milk (at work)
Lunch: 2 slices Burgen bread + mozzarella, basil and tomato salad (already made and in fridge), a Shape yogurt and 2 oranges
Tea: Homemade pasta sauce (onion, garlic, mushrooms, pepper, courgette, tin toms, tom puree, sweetcorn, herbs and leave to simmer) and pasta and small amount grated Gruyere (in fridge from risotto making). Fresh Scottish raspberries (scrummy!)
Going to have a peppermint tea now as can feel a chocolate craving coming on!

Ok! I want to join the weeble challenge too! :T :j PLease can I join? Please? Please? :j
Is it ok though if I don't *diet* rather I *eat healthily* and so my body doesn't feel deprived of the things it likes and thus craves them so I binge? In addition, I will aim for 3 excercise sessions per week to start off with - hopefully increasing when I have a little less work to do (errrrr.......never?).
I have worked out that there are 22 weeks until Christmas. I would like to loose a pound or two a week. So if I lose 1lb a week (22lbs total) I will be 10st 10lbs by Chrimbo and if I lose 2lbs a week (44lbs total) I will be 9st 2lbs by Chrimbo. I'll be happy coming in somewhere in the middle to be honest!Debt Free Nerd No. 89, LBM: April 2006, Debt at highest (Sept 05): £40,939.96

Hey everyone,
I think I am the first to weigh in! I went to WW tonight and had an okay time. I weighed in at a SHOCKING 16st 13.5lbs - 0.5lbs off 17st!

Sheesh!!!! That's 1.5lb off what I think was my heaviest ever weight! I am so embarassed to be admitting all this to you guys - but I know you are on my side (I hope!).
The WW leader wasn't the one I remembered who was lovely but she was nice all the same and the class was good and finished by 7.45pmish so not too much out of the evening.
WEDNESDAY
Brekkie: Weetabix and s/skim milk (at work)
Lunch: 2 slices Burgen bread with flora light + mozzarella, basil and tomato salad, a Shape yogurt, banana and 2 oranges
Snack: 12 pistachios (are these bad?)
Tea: Too hot for cooking. A cinnamon and raisin bagel with flora light.
Later tonight, I am hoping to have some fresh Scottish raspberries, some fat free natural yoghurt and a drizzle of honey. Maybe another bagel if I'm hungry.
So tomorrow starts with pointing. For those of you who are familiar with WW - I have yet to make the decision between full choice and no count - will be going for a very frugal shop tomorrow evening (first day of shopping challenge - see elantan's diary!) to get what I need for the next few days.
I am very pleased that I still kept my DFW head on - she suggested I bought a WW 'starter pack' - which was updated books I've had before and never used and a notebook to write down what you eat in - why do I need that when I can do it on here?!!? :rotfl:
Anyway - onwards and upwards!
Welcome on board Mol! Happy for you to join in with whatever rules suit you! Can you email me one of your graphs - I'd love to use one of these - how motivating!
Good luck fish, elantan and Mol and anyone else who wants to join in!
