  • I get Yeo Valley organic live yoghurt, which is the nicest I've tried. I sometimes just add my own fruit in a blender. http://www.yeovalleyorganic.co.uk

Muller yogurts are very tasty & have a great choice range if you haven't tried those yet. You can get them in their large double size standard pot or now in the more usual 1 pot size in multipacks of 6 or 12.

Sainsbury's used to do a healthy own brand that was very tasty, but I've not seen those in store for a few weeks now so don't know if they have discontinued them.

Weightwatchers also do a limited range which aren't bad.
The bigger the bargain, the better I feel.

I should mention that there's only one of me, don't confuse me with others of the same name.

Make your own. Then you don't need any sugar or sweetener at all. Plenty of threads here about yoghurt making. The fresher it is the sweeter. We make smaller batches twice a week so our yoghurt is hardly ever more than 3 days old.

Although Muller do low fat yoghurts i think they contain quite alot of sugar.I may be wrong, I will have a look anyway. Thanks.

I'd like too, but I know in reality I wouldn't, mainly due to lack of time. Thanks anyway.

What about EasiYo? Different flavours to choose from, and dead simple to make. Look here: https://www.yoghurtdirect.co.uk (very reliable service too, I can recommend them)

MullerLights are low in fat and typically less than 10% sugar.
