New potato salad or caeser salad would be nice. Or if you want something warm, ratotouille (sp?) made with whatever veg you have and tinned tomatos.

I do them with oven roast "chips" and whatever green veg I have in the freezer. If I have spinach I mash a little soft cheese into it and maybe some blue cheese too. Or sometimes I make a sandwich with a tuna fish cake, salad, tomatoe and mayo and eat it as a burger.

We do ours with Sin free chips and salad - oh and not forgetting the tabasco!
It's nice to be nutty but's more important to be nice

I did mine like this - was from a recipie I found on here

    Mashed potatoes
    Tin of tuna
    Mix together
I added some herbs (any you fancy)
Rolled in flour then brush on a little egg yolk and then coat in bread crumbs and slightly brown them in frying pan. I then put them in the oven to finish off.
It's nice to be nutty but's more important to be nice
