will I be poisoned?!

I've just made four portions of a cous cous salad to have for my lunches this week but it suddenly occured to me that cous cous might be like rice - not to be left hanging around for fear of bugs.

The recipe was cous cous (covered in veg stock), chickpeas, cucumber, onion, orange segments and feta cheese. Does it sound safe enough to still be eating on thursday or should I try and finish it off a bit more quickly?
