I sent Additions the CCA letter (I'm 99% sure they have no signed one) and they replied pretty much saying they didn't. Then I sent them the follow letter, theyve replied by sending me a default notice. What does this mean??

Hi snowed
A default notice is a notice that you have defaulted on the terms of your agreement (usually if you haven't been paying the agreed minimum monthly repayment) and these are usually sent out around 6months after you havn't been making payments (or have been making reduced payments if on a DMP). A default appears on your credit file and will sit there for 6years.
Now of course if you don't have an agreement with them then how can you have defaulted on it?
Not sure exactly what your follow on letter said as there are variations about -did it say they were not entitled to enforce the debt and 'you may not issue a default notice related to the account?
You may want to look at this thread and I think post 4 deals with your circumstances, if not it might be worth posting on that thread.
