Hello,
I have used this forum once in a while over the past 8 month. I first came on when we were selling ours to gain advice after gaining an offer on the property after only 2 weeks of it being on the market.
Things werent straight forward though (different obstacles coming in the way) but the rollercoaster has been worth it as we exchanged and completed on the 4th of September.
We have bought a repossession house and its lovely.
Just thought Id update you all as to what happened.

Ha without hyjacking thread i have just completed today. Leaving work in a minute to pickup my house keys!!! again its a reposession !! how odd...
I hope its not for the same house
well done , and i have to say even as a first time buyer very very stressful but worth it now i got the nod to get keys >.. Smiling away 0
