Put ordinary leaf tea in a large jar, add 3-4 drops of bergamot oil, and shake up

Thanks Caterina

Hmm, it's my favourite tea too and I've never thought about making my own...duh. Does anyone have any good ideas on where to get bergamot oil?0

In health food shops, and make sure it is real essential oil, not the synthetic stuff used for burners!

I have some very dull Earl Grey tea, and I know I once read here that someone added essence of bergamot to black tea, but I can't find it. Tisserand say their oils wouldn't be safe (although I'd only need a tiny amount in a whole caddy of loose tea) and the only suppliers I can find are American and won't ship to the UK. Can anyone help? Thanks.0

I'd use normal essential oil, its only a tiny bit (french aromatherapists apparently often give oils orally).June Grocery Challenge £493.33/£500 July £/£500
