RBS won't up my overdraft
Hi hope this is ok, please bare with me this is my first post.
Just been on my online banking and tried to up my overdraft, anytime I have done it in the past it has always let me and also used to say that I could have an overdraft facility of £3700. My overdraft is only for £300 at the moment. I do class myself as a good customer ie I have loans, life insurance and insurance with my bank and also have money in my account at all times, the only thing I can think that is making them decline there decision is 2 months ago my wages cheque bounced  and I got bank charges which was not my fault so my work gave me the money for the charges back. I have never been late or missed any payments previous to this happening ,do you think this is why I have been declined or are they just starting to be more cautious with lending. This is really annoying me as I liked living with the knowledge that if I ever needed emergency funds quickly I could up my overdraft any advice would be very much appreciated. Thanks:o
