After 5 long years, my ex has finally been tracked down by the CSA and my first ever payment of child support was due in my account last wednesday.
It never went in, so what's the next course of action? Does this mean he hasn't paid or the CSA have messed up?
I am new to this and any advice or help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

You need to ring them and try to find out where the responsibility for you not receiving the money lies? With the NRP or the CSA.
If you can't get any straight answers on the phone then write to them, recorded delivery.
Good luck. xAugust GC 10th - 10th : £200 / £70.61

Thanks Shell. Something inside just told me this was going to happen. It's times like these you just wonder why you bother with it all....but, it's the principle of the thing so I'll call them on Tuesday.

I hadn't received my first payment either (I had been trying for four years). I rang the CSA, who said that the employer had not sent the DoE to them. They rang the employer, who said that they had sent it. It turned out that the CSA had received it a day earlier but had not processed it. I received the money a few days later.
I rang the Birkenhead office as that is the one local to me and they were quite helpful.0 -
