  • Hi there, don't know how to post links - but I found Black Saturn's recipe for chocolate mousse and copied it, it's pasted here:

    Chocolate Mousse

Add about 3 quarters of a pint of single cream to a saucepan and heat up till almost at boiling point and add 1 block of value plain chocolate broken into cubes. Stir until the chocolate is melted and add to bowls and put in fridge to set.

Squares knitted for my throw ~ 90 (yes!!! I have finally finished it :rotfl: )
Squares made for my patchwork quilt ~ 80 (only the "actual" quilting to do now :rotfl:)

i've found that double cream makes a really thick mousse - some would say sickly, but it hits the spot for me!
