Hope nobody minds me starting this talking to dh about things just starts arguements as we are both still in much stress about just how much we owe. payplan added it up to be 28,841.04, more than dh earns in a year
once i have all the payplan paperwork through i can put the exact figures of who we owe and our new soa from them.
paying back 400.00 a month is going to be frightening prospect but it also makes you think i never want to be in this same situation again
our soa was the following
we have no rent it comes out of wages before we get them
Car on hp 235.00 (have missed a few payment we need to make these up)
Electric 27.00 month
Gas 27.00 month
phone approx 40.00
tv licence 11.00
car insurance 74.00
sky tv 42.50
baby milk and nappies 45.00
playschool fees approx 80.00 this depends on bank holidays etc so is subject to slight change
food try to stick to 40.00 per week totalling 160.00 but is more like 250.00
petrol 60ish
payplan want to take 400.00 for our creditiors we now also have the problem of one of our creditors approaching dh's work as they want there money back asap this will mean it comeing out of his wages this has put me in a very down mood today as i was feeling positive about being with payplan and this was a bit of a blow
if i have put this in the wrong place i can only apologise and sorry for the poor spelling its just not my day

Hi fizzel. Read your other thread too - BIG HUGS!!!
I think you need to go back to payplan. If one creditor is doing this, it obviously affects your figures for others - they will be able to give best advice.
DON'T PANIC!!
It's ok to feel down, but never make decisons when you're depressed.
Everyone is here to support you.

Hi Fizzel
Sending big ((hugs)) to you.
As Emmzi has said, tell Payplan about the creditor that has gone to your DH's employer asap. They'll give you good advice and they may need to take some sort of action if it upsets the applecart of what you and them are already putting in place.
When's the soonest you can call Payplan?
Hope you feel brighter soon and keep coming on here - lots of support and even laughter along the way!Back on the DFW Wagon:

Glad you are in communication with payplan.
Now as for baby... what do you still have from babies 1 and 2, what can you ask for on freecycle, what could you ask for as baby gifts (direction helps people be practical!!) and what can you get cheap from ebay?
Also check out if there are free baby packs from likes of pampers and boots!
Other ideas folks? Childless woman here struggling for other sources of help!Debt free 4th April 2007.

we still have most of the stuff from the boys somehow managed to lose a bolt from the crib but hopefully they will not cost much to get a replacement from a diy shop, ive tried freecycle for a double buggy(cheeky i know) with no luck yet but i do have a baby carrier so i could carry new baby in that with my 11month old in his stroller my 2 year old walks everywhere so that seems to be an option for a few months and then hopefully get my ds2 to walk.
well payplan need to see the paperwork sent in the the cheif clerk at dh's work but they cannot promise they can do anything so now its just a wait and see situation
postman has come and a fantatsic letter on how gas and electricty prices are going to rise from the 1st of may im not sure what they have gone up by as it only gives new prices in enclosed leaflet and not the old ones as well looks like we will be sitting in coats for the next few winters as our bills are high enough with out the thought of it costing more next winter.
i keep snapping at my ds1 poor child its not his fault we are in this mess he just keeps clinging to me im not sure whyDFW nerd club number 039'Proud To Be Dealing With My Debts' :money: i will be debt free aug 2010

Chances are DS1 is clingy cos he can sense that you are stressed, and he wants to give you love to make it better... if you can make a little bit of time to do some drawing, or other free child time, this will help him be less clingy and may relive some stress for you too
Big hug to you darling xx:beer: Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -
wow 2 days till payday and we still have some money left ok 75 is not alot but its more than we usually have this close to payday.
so i have a choice on what to do with it buy the car tax the start of the month (its due the end of may) but not sure if you can buy it this far in advance do i pay it off provident meaning we only have an outstanding balance of about 30 or do i add it to my buggy fund meaning i only need to add another 50ish to buy what i am wanting

Hi Fizz
I think you can only buy car tax 14/15 days before it is due!! i did mine online this time it was brilliant no trip to PO.
I'd pay it off the provvy!!or save it for c/tax
Good Luck0 -
How about posting a "want ti now" on ebay, sahing where you could collect a 2nd hand buggy from? I'm sure lots of people don't sell them because they're a pain in the a*** to post. You might just get lucky!
There are some for sale today with no bids on them at all yet - but they might be a bit far away for you to collect. Worth a look though in case any of them are near a friend or relative who could pick up for you.Debt free 4th April 2007.
