  • Oh once again I check in on my diary and have lots of lovely messages. thank you all for being so lovely. :o:o:o. This is such a good place.

Am watching Marnie on TV am a sucker for an Alfred Hitchcock movie.

Lou and Beanie will be pleased to know that I spent today doing precisely NOTHING. I woke up late, played on the DS for most of the day, a looooooong bath and then watched Lie to Me, Cranford and now Marnie. Nothing constructive or useful, no planning no list making and worrying.

I will admit to having my mind wander to work and being oh so slightly worried about work. I have to get to grips with my job. But that is going to be an ongoing thing. I need to keep on top of things. Will spend some time this week methinks.

Debt wise I don't get paid till the 31st. Annoying. but with that and the Christmas money I saved I should be able to pay off the CC bill. And then the loan is left.

My do nothing day has been nice but I couldn't do it every day!

I have signed up for the £10 a day thread, 20 NSDs (!) and am already signed up for the pay off 20,000 and 10,000 threads.

Each month as well as those threads I shall be doing some kind fitness thing! I don't want to set it as a new years Resolution cos it has been one for years! so I will do a monthly thing, depending on work and not put too much emphasis on it all. First month, the easy walking DVD daily. Its only 15 minutes.

I have also agreed to do WW once work starts. With the NSD's I will have to plan my lunches etc so it is the ideal time to "point"

Tomorrow is the big room tidy and find homes for lovely presents:o and the new pink filing cabinet that is going to change my life;).

I must remember that the life I want isn't that far away. It will be worth it.
    Nevertheless she persisted.
  • Some days Buffy you just can't beat sitting around doing *nothing*. Good on you for giving yourself some "you" time. It's immensely good for you !
