And its not meant to start a bun fight!!! Everybody seems so grumpy lattely.
This gets plonked into my inbox every now and then. Today I actually noticed the drop rather than the asking price.

Now its still a hefty per acre price at over £20k but there is the planning for car boots, and local letting potential, plus the speculative value and it is a small plot. I've done absolutely no research into it as its obviously far too small for us. Although if we were to forget the business and just have it for us we could probably scrape by on that sort of acrage. But then it would lose the commercial value (and who knows whether you'd get residential planning anyway). anyway, draining is done and it implies fencing is up to scratch: both not negliable costs.
If there is a more appropriate thread in existance maybe a BG could add this on.

Which is why I query PP ability No idea what it would be like there: my guess is that the price drop might be resultant of less than enthusaistic reposnce from LA? I don't know though and make know pretence to! Anyway, as I said, not for us: just thouht it was interesting, and really, while I've been busy looking at asking prices and not getting too exceited about drops (I'm looking for our property, not the national average one:o, so average drops etc don't get me, personally too excited: the right property at the right price is inteesting, and I'd be prepared o offer on that regardless of asking price (within reason)). But this is one of the rare ones that came via right move and £600k to £250 suddenly made me think this might be worth sharing: both for the interest and who knows, might be a good investment for someone. 0 No idea what it would be like there: my guess is that the price drop might be resultant of less than enthusaistic reposnce from LA?
