I reckon it's the rabbit out of the hat. They do a fair few training exercises in typical civil servant style. My OR ( understudy) when ever I call can almost be guaranteed to be in either a meeting or a training program. I would presume that training and real life action would be ongoing, as is with most dept's within any "Big brother"organisation;)

I had a f2f interview and preferred it to a phone interview - don't worry just be honest and you'll be fine. Answer the questions to your best ability and don't be afraid yo say if you can't remember some details. Also only answer what is asked and don't waffle or volunteer any extra details.

I'm feeling a lot better about this after a good night's sleep (helped along by a couple of cold ones) As you've all said, I'm sure it's just luck and F2F is difinately better for getting your point acroos etc. So I'll just chill out and wait and see, I'm sure it won't be that bad
