DON'T BUY UGG BOOTS FROM shoppingugg.com

I ordered some Ugg boots from http://www.shoppingugg.com/ in
November as a Christmas present and it was not discovered until
Christmas day that they had sent TWO LEFT BOOTS. The package
came from Shanghai.
After MANY emails in which they insisted I included photos of the boots
and a copy of the shipping note I agreed to return ONE LEFT BOOT.
This was returned on 15 Jan to the return address given by a Yi Ke at
shoppingugg@gmail.com to …..
Chen Lisheng, Two-Fu Road No. 86, Fujian 351100, Putian, China
Phone:13615989708
They then told me that it had NOT BEEN RECEIVED even though it
was sent by “International Signed For” and I had to wait for 25 working
days for Royal Mail to investigate.
Eventually after a further three months the boot was returned unopened.
Further contact with Yi Ke told me to return the boot to an address in the
USA.
After wasting about £100 on original “purchase” inc P&P and the boomerang
‘return’cost to China I decided to call it a day and purchased my
Grand-daughters Christmas present locally.
The original payment method (no choice) was PayPal which is time
limited for claiming against them.
