Thankyou for all your thoughts and support. I wasn't aware that a lot of companies only use dated ref so it won't be an issue. I am starting to think that either manpower or Reed has lied to me about what has happened. I am considering making a dpa request.0

Reed's reference, even though only brief and factual ... is it possible they may have got the facts wrong? If they gave employment dates that contradicted what you had told Manpower, it would make it look like you lied. Any way you can check what the Reed reference actually said?Favours are returned ... Trust is earned
