Great freebie if you're researching your family tree
It has a small nag screen when loading and on some saves, but it's not very annoying.

I have used this program to enter nearly 300 individuals. It also lets you create many reports and web pages, add pictures etc.

I'd recommend Legacy Family Tree as your free software, then you can update to Deluxe if you get into it more. It's great software and you can even do pro work in it.0

Legacy is spin off from PAF, the older versions are free
