So I purchased a 5 bed detached with a 30% deposit.
at 27% below April 08 in August 08, I have a BOE lifetime tracker at 0.49 over BOE BASE and have paid of 7% of my mortgage in that time.

So out of interest what have I done wrong other than having a home for my family and reacted quick to the mortgage markets.

You have never made a financial point at all my 2 year old is more savy and polite than you.

12 years ago I was living abroad and hadn't even met my husband yet - buying was of no interest to me. More relevant, I think is that 2 years ago, you missed out on selling. Ooops.
