[FONT=Verdana,Arial,sans-serif]We are writing to inform you that we are now in a position to send you the Senseo Coffee Machine that you won in our Sip to Win promotion. As we advised a few months ago, we were required by Phillips to return the models that we had due to potential safety concerns. This meant that we weren't able to send you the prize until we were sure that these concerns had been addressed.
We have been working with Phillips to get this issue addressed so we can deliver the replacements to you as soon as possible. This has taken longer to sort out than we would have liked and so we would like to thank you for your patience whilst we have worked to resolve this matter.
Once again please accept our sincere apologies for this delay, the Coffee machine should be delivered within the next 7days and we hope that you will be able to enjoy many great cups of coffee with this [/FONT]
