I just applied for a nationwide personal loan for 6k and I've been accpeted!!

I've been given a loan of 6k @ 9% rate

Cant believe it, has anyone else been able to get a loan in these tough times.

Congratulations!!

Not tried to get a loan just yet, but have had plenty of other credit cards thrown at me, both Nationwide and Lloyds TSB. Let's hope Nationwide are as forth coming when I decide to ask them for £25k to consolidate.

I've been agreed for a £6000 loan with both barclays and alliance & leicester. barclays at 13% and A&L at 11%.

I tried barclays(my normal bank) first as was worried i'd have trouble in current climate and the guy at the loans dept said that people were having trouble. Due to quite a high rate I was offered thought i'd try another company and it was agreed at a lower rate at A&L. barclays are now going to hopefully beat the Alliance &leicester rate by £1 per month.

Good to see others getting agreed as well!

i got a 10k loan from Barclays..... it was in my pr approved offer in my online banking session, rang up and got the money in 3 hours.

i am off to Cuba SOON:j

Same here, just got an £11k loan from them at 8% APR.

No I haven't tried to get any loan though. But I am thinking of it.. So I have a bit of favor to ask of you. That is how did you manage to pull this off?
