Tesco called this morning said they have recieved notifacation that i am bankrupt .

They are checking the official receiver letter isnt fraudelent . I told them to ring official reciever and ask them

I got told by one of the banks that they kept ringing me, (after i had a dig at them down the phone) that a lot of people say there br to stop the phone calls.

I have just started being happy an sarcastic down the phone to them an the phone calls stopped, I'd all ready asked my or if i could launch at them down the phone, an she said go for it! exact words as well.

Holes, that is unbelievable, or wishful thinking on their part.
I had a very nasty letter from a company called Viking debt recovery acting on behalf of Comet and so i phoned them back, went through all the security checks and at the end of it when i told them i was BR they refused to accept it, i told them the OR name and phone number but did not know the full address.
"until you give us full details madam, normal collection procedures will continue and collections will be demanded, phone calls and letters will continue.":rotfl:
