Bought some reduced Diced Beef from Kwik Save before they "shut up shop" and so far I have half of it along with veg in SC (smells wonderful) for later with some dumplings but want to make something with the small amount left over??? Anyone any ideas? Can I make a pudding with it if I add maybe some mushrooms etc..???

If you can make it cheaper do so. If it's not reduced, in Primark, off ebay or free I can't have it :rotfl:

You could add onions and mushrooms and wrap in suet pastry, either steamed as a pudding shape or baked as a roll in the oven. You could make a jam roly poly and cook them both at the same time!

Beef curry? It makes a fairly different meal to chicken, I'd marinade the beef first though, can tend to be a bit tough!0

Texan Chilli! same as ordinary chilli but add a tin of lager and cooked for lots longer. Really nice!My Doctor told me that "1 out of 3 people who start smoking will eventually die." The other two apparently became immortal.
