I'm always sceptical when receiving these, I have not head of them personally, hopefully someone will come along and give you some more info.:) Have you tried googling the name sometimes this helps:)

they would know your details if you entered a comp to win that much

I mean, have you entered a comp to win £500,000? Don't you think you'd remember entering a comp like that? !!!!!!, I can remember entering everyone with a prize over about a few thousands, let alone half a million.

I had one from the United Nations for the same amount. I'm stringing the poor sod along just for a laugh, but it's definitely a scam. Avoid.

Soz mel - but don't you just hate emails like this - half of you want to think it's genuine but then reason kicks in and you have to question it - here's wishing you a really good honest win soon
