it really wasn't scary, the only thing that bothered me was when i walked into court and had to tell the clerk what i was there for with a waiting room full of people listening in - turns out they were all there for br too!

the man next to me got away without seing the judge, i was chosen to see him and he simply asked how i got myself into this situation, i summarised how and he said that he would grant br as it would take an age for me to repay my debts.

there was a pensioner next to me who was really nervous before going in and she came out all smiles.

a man that went in before me was going br as he had lost his job and the unemployment cover on his cards wouldn't cover him so he had no way to pay - the judge told him that it was about time the card companies accepted their responsibilities!!! :T


as for being exhausted, the only reason i'm tired is after walking half way aond liverpool trying to find a bank near the court
