i'm just about to set off to court.
i'm a bit more nervous than i thought i'd be, but keep thinking that this time tomorrow i can answer any debt collection companies with my BR number.
hopefully, the next time i post on here i will be officially BR.
one bit of good news is i have just had a call from my local college to inform me that my interview with them was successful and i am going to start my course in sept - now to find the £200 costs for that......

well, at 12.20pm today i was officially declared bankrupt!
all pretty painless so far....the or will be contacting me tomorrow morning.
i've informed some of the more pressurising dca's of what has happened already.
clean start i hope.....although i did have a KFC on the way home....we were going to go to a restaurant but thought we'd save some pennies!!Lead me not into temptation, I can find the way myself.
