Hi all,Does anybody know what happens to county court judgements when you go BR? Are they wiped out along with the rest of the debt or do you still have to pay them?Thank you

Thanks for asking this, I don't for the life of me know where my CCJ ended up, it was over six years ago so no record at court or on my file. The bank it was with has been taken over too. I put down as much info as I could about it though.
I'm fairly sure you can't satisfy a CCJ by going down the statute-barred debt route, but not sure for BR.0 -

same here, my appointment is 7th August and i fear that too.
I wonder does the court just decide what you should pay then you get the chance to challenge that by putting in your expenses, does anyone know ? I think there is a way you can do this and even get the fee waived if you are on benefits.44lb off and 13 to go.:j0
