Wanted to post a bit of an update. DMP going well, have heard nothing from egg, lloyds, next natwest all accepted.
My main problem now though is work, my hours are suppose to be 30+ last week i was given 10, if we arent needed we get sent home, no pay, owner keeps threatening to make someone redundant, I am so depressed, I have tried to get another job but no luck, I dont know what to do, if i dont get my 120 hours a month i cant pay my DMP, we struggle anyway. Had to sell on ebay to afford my kids new school uniforms, but run out of stuff to sell now.
I honestly dont know what to do, feel so depressed & on top of it have been getting very bad abdominal pain, sickness etc. have been putting off going to doctor as i am worried i will need time off work & i dont get paid for sickness either, but was so bad last week i need to see doctor now.
Any advice appreciatedLight Bulb Moment feb 2009

Update
Having been on the dmp since june I am now wondering if we did the right thing, Iknow we did, we couldnt carry on like we were BUT my work hours have been cut & some of our bills have gone up. I dont have any money left over at the end of the month, struggling to find enough money for food & i usually only spend about £50 a week (2 adults & 2 teenagers) my children obviously need clothes, my son has grown out of everything, but i dont have money to buy new clothes,my daughter just had a birthday & has had to buy everything herself. I feel like a faliure, I wish we had carried on like we were for a few more years just until the kids were a bit older.Light Bulb Moment feb 2009

after talking to some people on another thread & loads of great advice
I have called CCCS & gone through my budget & i have £100 less available that on the previous debt remedy, so she looked at reducing my monthly payment to £311, then she also said the £10 a month we had down for sports & entertainment was very low so we agreed to add £11 to that making that £21 & getting the payment down to £300, so my new estimated time for this to be all cleared by is 13 years 4 months, don't sound much worse that ten years does it!!
And I feel a whole lot better too!!Light Bulb Moment feb 2009
