Hiya, just wanted to say good luck with you DF jouney

I too am starting my journey and have enjoyed reading your diary, I thought for a moment that I was reading my own, hehe!! Had to buy shoes last week as my battered casual ones (the only ones I had left) had developed big holes !!!!! Did contemplate going to work in slippers but they have holes in too LOL

Still not been paid, was hoping the thing about it taking 3-5 days was wrong & it would show up in my account, but nothing! really stressing a bit now, as DMP payment due on 1st so I have to transfer across the money I had saved over the past 2 months whilst I have only been sending token payments to creditors, so means I have practically nothing left to save. can transfer it back once I get paid, but will only happen again next month, unless I can 'find' an extra £400! Why oh why!! just when things seemed to be going OK!

I am doing not too bad, letters have gone out so just a waitin' now

Payment date for CCCS is 1st of the month, cant be changed......BUT guess what i got paid on 30th! so was ok this month, so hope its like that every month! will just have to try & cut down even more over the next few months just in case!!

I checked again in the afternoon (Saturday) and wages were there! what a relief!!

UPDATE -

Just got an email to say my egg card statement is ready to view on line, logged in, they are still charging interest £81 this month! how annoying :mad:

I havent heard anything from them r.e. the dMP, only letters (my card & loan & DH's loan) saying if we dont pay up by Beginning of June (cant remember exact date) they will default

I had a letter from lloyds (re overdraft of £250 on our joint account, wish I had managed to pay it off before starting the DMP now )
Says I am over the agreed overdraft (because they keep adding on charges) and they can now charge me a charge of £15 up to 10 ...YES TEN!... times in a month!! can they really do this???

Egg have also added on over £80 interest this month on my loan, although it is £6k, so a heck of a lot more than the LLoyds overdraft.
