Coir Explained Coir in General
Coir is a natural fibre derived from the husk of a coconut. Yes that’s right, this great product from a COCONUT. It is an excellent peat free, environmentally friendly growing medium which is used in gardens worldwide. It expands in no time at all, is light weight, retains and saves water.     Thanks, this will come in handy as I am planting a veg garden this year as well as making hanging baskets. I hope it is a good size sample!

    If you want to keep the cats away try mothballs scattered in the flowerbeds- they work a treat and don't affect any of your plants or any other wildlife! Very cheap to buy - try Wilkos.

    Just bought coir for my sundew and pitcher plants as it is nutrient deficent. Can't belive i didn't see this freebie!! has any one had any
    I have dyslexia, so get used to my spelling and grammar :)
