Yields have gone up, massively, though, but I guess that's not quite so good a story?0

She seems to have quoted the bit that sounds best?Official MR B fan club, dont go............................0 -
No - not odd - I actually refrained from any sort of comment at all.
I simply quoted the title and by-line - ie I quoted the bit the Telegraph sub-editor decided in his/her wisdom was "best". For who am I to disagree?
Here are a couple of selective quotes to make those who like them happy:
"Across both property types, rents averaged £819 a month during April, down from £827 in March and more than £50 less than the £873 that landlords received in April last year."
"It said the high level of supply showed that it was still a tenants' market, and as a result, rents were not expected to begin rising until the second half of this year at the earliest."0 -
Why have you posted the same thread in two different boards?Mortgage Free in 3 Years (Apr 2007 / Currently / Δ Difference)

To pre-empt the point when people say "oh, but this should have been posted on the Renting board", and vice versa.

Oh, and because I thoought it was such a good story.0 -
