I dont know if this is a positive thing to do today but:

I am looking after the kids (boy 3years, girl 5months) for the weekend, the wife is going to visit some friends from this afternoon till sunday afternoon.

I have looked after them seperately for 2 to 3 days before but never both together for such a long period of time, i have a feeling i am going to be run off my feet.

I honestly dont know how she does it every day, all i do is go to work lol.

That is a very positive thing to do :T

Do you want another one for the weekend - she is house trained! :rotfl:

So far today I've cancelled my Sky TV (£19.50), Sky Broadband (£10), and second BT line (£12) - grand total saving of £41.50 a month!

It is absolutely amazing how these things that you really don't need can add up - I downgraded my mobile phone plan the other day too and by doing so shaved £47.50 off my monthly bill through things I didn't use - that's a grand a year saved, just like that.

Ridiculous how much you can actually cut costs if you put your mind to it - so that was my positive action for today!

    :)
